The Crispiest Air Fryer Roast Potatoes
Want to wow your guests at dinner? You’ve come to the right place! With the air fryer, you'll get that golden, crispy roast potato crunch in less time—and with less washing up! We’re using SIA’s 8L dual air fryer, and thanks to its SYNC feature, we can roast our veggies at the same time, so everything is hot and ready to serve together.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Sprig of rosemary
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons goose fat (or oil)
Method:
- Chop your potatoes into even chunks.
- Give them a good rinse under cold water to remove excess starch—this helps them crisp up nicely!
- Add a sprig of rosemary and a pinch of salt for flavour.
- Boil until they're soft but not falling apart—about 10 minutes should do.
- Once they’re soft, drain the potatoes to get rid of any excess water.
- In a bowl, mix your drained potatoes with 2 tablespoons of goose fat for that delicious crunch.
- Pop them in your air fryer at 190°C for 20 minutes. Don’t forget to give them a shake halfway through for even cooking.
- After 20 minutes, shake them again and let them fry for another 15 minutes until they’re perfectly crispy.
- Top with more rosemary and a sprinkle of salt, and you’re ready to serve!
Enjoy your crispy roast potatoes that will have everyone coming back for seconds (or thirds!).
