Two Ingredient Air Fryer Pigs in Blankets
Christmas wouldn't be the same without pigs in blankets! Making them in the air fryer frees up oven space (prime real estate on Christmas Day) and gives you perfectly crispy bacon in no time with way less oil. They're quick, easy to clean, and keep the kitchen cooler—ideal when things are already heating up!
Ingredients
- 8 rashers streaky bacon
- 8 pork chipolatas
Method
1. Wrap each chipolata in a rasher of bacon and pop them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
2. Set to 180°C and cook for 10-12 minutes, until both the bacon and chipolatas are nicely cooked. Like it extra crispy? Give it a few more minutes—but keep an eye on those sausages so they don't burn!
